What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 90 days or more before the event date will receive a full refund minus the booking deposit. Cancellations made between 30-89 days will receive a 50% refund. No refunds for cancellations made less than 30 days before the event.
Is outside catering allowed?
We have preferred catering partners, but we do allow outside catering for an additional fee. All outside caterers must be licensed and approved by our management team.
What is the payment schedule?
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. 50% of the remaining balance is due 6 months before the event, and the final balance is due 30 days before the event.
